Tesco's Battery Back Up Systems
The Tesco battery backup system is a self-contained, traffic signal battery backup system, and is designed to provide hours or uninterrupted power through weather outages and other disturbances. The BBS unit provides safety for drivers and law enforcement officials during hazardous conditions. Battery backup systems are manufactured by Tesco Controls, Inc. and are constructed to meet or exceed national standards. Tesco offers NEMA type cabinets, UL 508A industrial design, all-welded construction with stainless steel hardware, and BBS wiring which conforms to NEMA, NEC and UL standards.
